Administrative instructions for Holiday Skate Camp on 11 Sep

Thank you for signing your child up for the Advanced Skate Camp! Please see the following administrative instructions:

• The camp will commence on 11 Sep, Friday from 9am to 11am. We will flag off from the lesson area and return to the same location at the end of the camp.
• Please kindly arrange for picking up your child at 11am. If your child is going back alone, please kindly inform the instructor.
• Your child is required to bring his/her own equipment, including skates, full set of safety gears and helmet which are mandatory.
• Your child can have the option to skate to the lesson area or bring his/her equipment to the lesson area to change. Kindly arrive at least 10 mins before 9am if you choose the latter.
• Bring along a bag to contain footwear, water bottle (optional) and Ezylink card. In the event bad weather occurs midway through the camp, we will stop the skating activity and take public transport back to the lesson area.
• If bad weather occurs before the camp time, i.e. before 9am, you will be notified at least by 8am of the cancellation. Please note that there is no refund for camp cancellation, but your child can attend the replacement camp during the year end School Holiday Camp periods.
• There is no refund or replacement for participants who are absent from the camp due to personal reasons.
