Terms and conditions for HA Special Promotion

• This promotion is only exclusively for Open Group and Small Group students only.
• Promotional period: 22 July to 18 August. Lessons booked should be completed within this period.
• Date and timing subjected to availability.
• Each session is 60 minutes.
• Lesson can be conducted at a location of your preference but it should be spacious and flat and conducive for the lesson to commence.
• Booking must be made at least 2 days in advanced, via Whatsapp to (65) 9368 4435.
• Successful booking includes complete payment of fee at least 2 days in advanced. Payment can be done via PayLah or PayNow.
• Late cancellation of lesson is not permitted unless with valid reason or notification and supporting document may be requested to validate reason. If non can be provided, the lesson will be voided with no refund or compensation.
• Lessons that are affected by bad weather will not be voided and can be postponed.
• If lesson is postponed after the promotional period due to bad weather, the lesson is still valid and will be completed thereafter.
• Lessons are not transferable to another student.
• Lesson fee of $40/session per person is standardized. There is no discount or fee reduction if you possess your own equipment and regardless of the location.
• Punctuality is required when a booking is made, avoid being late as no time will be compensated for late arrival by student. But if the coach is late, due compensation will be given accordingly.
• Open Group or Small Group class sessions cannot be utilized in this promotion. No topping up of class fee is allowed to perform such transfers.
